    台灣清真食品與產業農業永續生態協作中心 協作•創新•永續共生

    隨著全球清真市場蓬勃發展，食品安全、永續農業及國際標準接軌成為台灣農產業升級與出口新關鍵。中華民國清真產業推廣協會（THIPA）、台灣大學食品安全中心（南洋理工大學食品安全中心）及OISCA中華民國清真產業俱樂部三方，分別在潔淨清真認證與推動、食品安全科學、國際農業永續發展領域配備地位與資源，促進食品與農業設備與農業工業系統合作發展”，打造亞社會化工業化設備。

    台灣大學食品安全中心

    臺灣曾接連發生多起重大食品安全事件，暴露出食品產業結構性問題、法規老舊、政府管理不足與業者失德，不僅造成社會信任崩解，也帶來經濟、國際形象與政治層面的衝擊。為改善此一困境，社會亟需新動能協助政府重建食品安全體系與全民信心。
    臺灣大學憑藉在食品、農業及跨領域研究上的深厚基礎，整合農業、醫學、公衛、法政等多元專業，成立校級「食品安全中心」，肩負政策建言、技術研發與人才培育責任。中心成立後已協助建置食品安全三級品管制度，使多數受管制產業符合規範，現階段則聚焦輔導小型業者與小農，補強制度缺口，實踐大學社會責任，提升整體食品安全。

    OISCA（Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement）為源自日本的國際非政府組織，宗旨在於促進產業、精神與文化的均衡發展，長期投入農業技術推廣、環境保護及人力資源培育。OISCA 透過國際訓練中心、技術移轉與社區合作，協助各國發展永續農業與提升糧食安全。

    OISCA 台灣總會秉持總部理念，深耕本土農業與社會發展，推動有機與友善耕作、農民與青年培力、環境教育及國際交流計畫，並與政府、學術機構及民間團體合作，連結在地與國際資源，促進農村永續、社會共好與人與自然和諧共生。
